⚔️ Round 1: PvP & Bounty Hunting Performance
For PvP, Buddha is notorious as the "Buddha Spammer" build — equipping Shark race with Sanguine Art or Cursed Dual Katana to out-tank almost anything. Magma deals catastrophic damage if an enemy is stunned on top of magma puddles, but high-bounty players can easily sky-camp or air-dodge Magma projectiles.

Buddha is strictly superior for normal level grinding because your sword and melee attacks hit multiple mobs simultaneously while you take half damage. Magma, however, reigns supreme for Third Sea nautical content (Sea Beast hunting, Ghost Ships, and Leviathan raids) where enemies stay stationary in water.
